Baiting Law update - 04/18/17 09:20 AM

As I'm getting ready to plant a few corn fields, just wondering what has come of the bill in the house and senate.

It passed the house but all indications are that it will die in the Senate without ever coming to a vote. Same as what happened last year.

Believe it or not, the facts are that in each of the last two years the bill got to exactly the same spot it is now and the Senate never voted on it and it died.
That is in all likelihood what is going to happen this year.

Alabama Wildlife Federation, Conservation Department, and Conservation Advisory Board all are against it so imo the deck is stacked.
