Electronic calendar / journal

Does anyone have an electronic way to keep up with when camera are checked, feeders are refilled, mineral spots are restocked and fields planted etc?

I am looking for some way for our club to share this calendar / journal for everyone to see.

I was thinking there maybe a way to use a shared google calendar, but havent been able to have it populate just hunting club activities instead of my entire personal activities...

Create a Google Calendar. Set to private mode. Use "Share Calendar" tool to invite others to join. It also lets you set permission levels (e.g. read only, create events, invite others, etc.) for each person.
