For those of you in a club what are you paying total per acre?

Just curious what folks around the state are paying per acre in clubs around the state. Not just to lease the land but total for everything seed fertilizer camper fee whatever. Dues X number of members / acres. $2,500 X 35 = $87,500 / 7,500 = $11.66 per acre.

I must be the only one on here in a club.

Right now, ours is about $8.17 per acre. It might go to $8.78 this year if we pick up another member to make up for one that will be getting out after this year and it will go back down to around $8.17.

Land and including insurance is $9.14 an acre.

350 acres. 2 total members

We have one tract we pay $12 just for the lease.

$12.56 an acre for everything........

$9.52 a acre for everything. 750 acres

$7/acre plus insurance with a 5 year contract.

14.26 a acre in Greene county 3200 acres we have 27 members..pay extra for campsite and electricity. .

If you mean everything, then $12/acre. And no turkey rights either.

I think this thread is most relevant if those responding mention whether they have year round rights

The 5 buck an acre lease I've had since 1998 and is private land owner. When I first got it it was $1 an acre. The other 2 are timber company properties. No limitations on any of them.
I don't even want to try to figure out how much I pay for every thing else.

25 members on 8000 acres.

I honestly don't want to add it up.

Just joined a new club this year and we are paying $5/acre. Had the land across the road leased for the past 5 years and we started out at $6 and it went up $2 every year. Not to mention they cut the whole 600 acres the second year we had it.

Not sure what the land leases for but my cost is $0.21 per acre. Pretty good bargain for what I get.

Cost me $5.60/Ac+/- just for food plots last year on my 320. Don't pay rent as I own it but for my total annual costs I could easily be in a $3,000/$4,000 per year club with a lot better deer.But if I did that I would have to put up with other folks crap. I like being king of my domain.

Lease, insurance, foodplots = 8.99/acre in Clarke and $13.08/acre in NE Wilcox/Dallas. Quality of hunting is proportionate to the rates.

We are always looking for another good tract of land for the club. Yesterday we went to Barbour County and looked at a 660 acre tract. One road from two sides that dead ended at a thick wetland, one very small food plot, and the tract was planted in 6 or so year old pines. Couldn't see 10 yards off of the road. The guy wanted $15 an acre and wouldn't come off of it, so we passed.
