Florida deer since open until February 28th over corn!

Which zones are open until 2/28? There are 2 open until 2/21 and have a similar season to the south zone here. Starts 10 days later in October and closes first 2 weeks of December

Zone D, the Panhandle, is open for muzzleloaders Feb. 21-28, the final day of the state's season. And then the Zone A (south, around Okeechobee) opens late July.

Always wanted to hunt Point Washington. We stay near there when we go to the beach. A week long Fall or Winter beach trip with some deer hunting and deep sea fishing is appealing.

I have a 2200 acre lease on the North side of 98 and Point Washington/Seagrove Beach. You'd be surprised whats running around in the sand!

Looks like a bunch of public land in that area with the state forests/WMAs.

there is and most of them on the rivers have deer that have migrated from Alabama, most are only accessible by boat and provide some good deer and turkey hunting

Any tips on hunting Point Washington? Areas? Times that are good?

Man come on any time. I'm happy to share the woods with any of the fellow Aldeer brethren. You find yourself in South Walton County you just pm me and we'll make it happen. We've got some little deer, a few turkeys, and some dang big boar hogs.






If we could just get em to come out in the daytime, you know all this corn makes them nocturnal. :-)
