Good luck everyone. I'm in a bottom this morning that is torn up so I hoe they come thru. Some ducks are getting destroyed around me. Sounds like a war zone.

Headed out to do a little coyote hunting! See if we can't thin a few out today

Just had two hogs come by. Only one left. I would have gotten both, but I took my muzzleloader this morning.

I don't know the season dates. I'm just assuming with all the shooting going on.

Here in Choctaw county watching a white field and a creek bed. I'm on the heels of a big nine or ten point that has been making his presence here when I'm not.

I think everyone in Russell Co is trying to fill the freezer. Heard more shots this morning than any weekend all season.

Most of russell county is out of season,right?

Here in Walton county,FL, I seen one lone doe who was bothered and fixated on the pines where she came out crossing a long lane but no buck so far...

had 5 coyotes come running through. 2 of them are no longer with us...

I had an old one come easing down the trail to my left. He got within 49 yards but never had a shot because southalabam is like a jungle. He saw there were not any does in the field and went directly back where he came from... So close! Maybe he will come back this afternoon.

I done it for the fawns!

I did hear a BUNCH of turkeys this morning...

My son and I are in a green patch for our last hunt of the year. He's been disappointed this year with the lack of deer sightings, so I had to coerce him to come with me.

I think this is the second time I've said I was on my last hunt but the good Lord blessed me with another opportunity to get in the deer woods one last time on a perfect late winter afternoon. Not sure why I'm so excited because this will be my 17th hunt on this piece and have only seen 1 deer. I'm sitting a couple hundred yards from the front gate trying to mix it up in a spot no one has stepped foot on this season. Looking to fill up the freezer!

I had a very enjoyable hunt this mornin even though I didn't pull the trigger. Saw lots of chasing and heard a lot of grunting. I usually can't sit in one spot too long but I sat till almost 10:30 this morning. Saw deer most of the morning. Gonna head to Covington county for tomorrow. Good luck fellas.

It was a quiet evening...... Seen a few bears and a rabbit lol

My grandson and I went to west Pike county this afternoon for our last hunt of the year. He was walking into his plot at about 2:25 and a good 8 ran across the plot in front of him. Quick shot and he folded up. I saw the usual nannies and one small 6 point, a hen turkey, 7 or 8 squirrels and a bunny. But it was a good day.
