East wind???

Please connect the dots for me. Is it a myth that deer don't move or the fish don't bite with an easy wind? I have never payed much attention to it.

IVE SEEN DEER EVERY NIGHT ALL NIGHT THIS WEEKEND AT WORK WITH AN EAST/SE WIND AND KILLED SEVERAL IN IT THEY MOVE IN IT BUT WHEN THE MOON IS AS BRIGHT AS IT HAS BEEN THE MOVE AT NIGHT

An east wind typically means warm air (usually some south wind with the east). If deer don't move with an east wind then they would have starved to death cause we've had east in our wind direction for weeks now.
