can I print off the map/permit online and sign and date it or do I have to go to the office? first time hunting WMA's.

On-line. If you want one now. We just got them in to Montgomery from the printers today.

Print the map (make sure it is the 2015-2016 version), sign it, buy a WMA license online for $17.50, and you are good to go.
