I've got a narrow foot and I'm looking for some 15-17" boots with good support for long walks and one that wont slip on my heel. Waterproof is a must. Any suggestions?

I assume you want a rubber boot with the length you are talking about. I would go to bass pro or gander mtn and try on a women's muck boot that is a size or two bigger than what you normally wear. They are usually narrow and you can find some that look just like mens:
