Geezer mix half Dales & half Texas Pete & soak your meat overnight in the fridge. Sprinkle salt & black pepper on it once you spread it out on the trays. Easy & good.

Thanks will try l like to go to store on Monday and get the marked down meats and do jerky for my boys oh sorry my men😍
