I usually do 220 but was wondering if I bumped the temp up about 10 degrees or so how much time it would cut off and not affect final product. Planning to smoke this evening and really don't want to wait 4-5 hours

I don't cook them at the low temps I do something like a butt because I think they get too smokey and I like the skin a little crispy. I usually bump the temp up to 325-350 and cook them about an hour and a half or so.
