Funny thing is i use to eat them every so often with out a problem, but one day i ate a half bag (about 7 years ago) and my airway nearly swelled shut Golden flake makes a mix and it done me the same way... Think I have issues with fruit. Any fruit kinda gives me an itch in my throat. Wasn't always that way, just last 4-5 years. Dairy makes me bust ass like a mad man.
