Alabama has a state law disallowing hogs to be processed at such facilities. A local unnamed company in the wiregrass a couple of years ago was shut down or fined for processing hogs. I stand corrected on the Alabama hunting laws. I'll never listen to that "THEY FAMILY LAW".

I heard HOPCO isn't doing deer this year. Maybe never? That's in Headland.
Jimmy's between Dothan and Ozark is pretty good.
Used to be Gulledge's in Headland that made some real good sausage. I don't know if he's still there.
HOPCO is now doing beef only. Jimmy's is good but costly and does not process hogs. Also Gulledge's is only doing deer. Thanks for any/all feedback. Will keep checking here to see if anyone has an update and location.
