North or south of the interstate on 21? Assume you mean "north" when you said west...65 is going more east/west through there than north/south. They are really bad in that bottom where Wetweather Creek crosses hwy 21 between I-65 and the prison. I've seen over 30 in that bottom several times in the past few month coming through there early in the morning.
Have seen a few in the bottom there at Sizemore Creek just south of the casino on 21, as well.

Yes, north side. Not unusual at all to see a bunch of pigs in that bottom...deer too. I've seen packs of pigs from that bottom all the way up to the row of pecan trees right there at the prison. Mostly in that bottom, though. Have to be careful through there after dark.

Final payout was a little over $11k when you counted in the month of rental car and the towing/transport bills.

I've driven past that spot several times since this post, and there have been several more pigs hit at the same spot. There was a spotted one laying dead there 2 or 3 days ago.
