Since then my brother and I had new floors installed in the kitchen, laundry room, den, and half-bath. The flooring guys just got done this week, and the house is immaculate. It's in move-in condition. 2,168 sq. ft. Price is $209,900. My brother lives less than 5 minutes away, and can show the house just about anytime.
