Kills me to get rid of this, but I have to. The ONLY reason I am getting rid of it is because new slug gun opportunities have presented themselves the last couple of seasons and I had to swap to the rifled version to have longer range capability. Original production Browning A-bolt 12 gauge shotgun, smooth bore (rare), 19.5" barrel with inventor choke system, currently has a flush IC choke in it and also comes with a Hevi-shot extended coyote choke. The only thing "wrong" with it is that the sights had been removed when I bought it. I am super confident with this gun to 100 yards. Will shoot the cheapo 1 oz./2 3/4"/1600 fps Winchester slugs under 2" at 75 yards all day long. Excellent condition and comes with a set of Talley lightweight medium rings/bases. Has a great trigger and removable magazine like all A-bolts. $525 The scope is a like new Leupold VX-3 1.75-6x32 with heavy duplex reticle. I'm 99% sure I have the box and such for it too. $275 Going to try and sell together first before separating. Buy the combo and we can work out a better deal.

I don't need it, but I sure want it. Cool set up there, good luck with the sale.

Cool stuff! Heck, I didn't even know those early models were smooth barrels.
We were on the edge of Eternia, when the power of Greyskull began to take hold.

Cool stuff! Heck, I didn't even know those early models were smooth barrels. Most weren't to my knowledge. I have seen a bunch of the original production/rifles ones for sale over the years but only two of these. If you aint gonna shoot past 100 in the woods, it's a bad arse gun (and super cheap to shoot) where slugs are required.

Could you get a rifled barrel for it and keep it? I've already bought the exact same gun with a rifled barrel.

I have that same scope on the Henry 22mag that I haul everywhere I go. It has been thrown in the floor of the boat and left for days, hauled on my Ranger through some of the roughest terrain and conditions you can imagine and hardly ever leaves my truck if it is not right with me on one of those trips. It has proven to be one tough sumbuck and has held zero as well as any scope I have ever had! Man, I couldn't agree more! We hunted in the mountains bouncing around on 4 wheelers for years. Leupold is second to none on toughness and holding zero in my opinion. I have other brands of scopes I love but if it is a hard recoling gun or one that gets treated rough....I'll take a Leupold all day! This scope has been no exception.
