Be careful opening your feeders if you're just starting the fall feed like me. I like to have got it. They was red too. Hollered at my nephew helping me to run and we both got lucky.  Gave em time to settle and came back with the spray.

I hang plastic grocery bags stuffed with newspapers on all my stands and shooting houses in the spring. Cuts down a lot on the nests....
