Deer season has always been fun and as my oldest son started college my youngest was kind of a late bloomer into hunting he liked it but a hunt or 2 and he was done. Well at 11 yrs old the light switch went off and he has been ready to hit it the woods wide open this season! I mean at some points in the wait to get interested in hunting my wife would have to give me a pep talk to not pressure him lol and I made myself take small steps to get him interested. Well I told him I would film him youth weekend and we were hunting a spot that had 2 really nice bucks but when the 6pnt made it out he wanted to burn some gun powder so we let it rip. Its not the best film job I have done but it may be one the most memorable for me. I even let him film a little as well. Hope ya enjoy and if ya have a young one thats not quite interested just keep softly nudging them forward and they will find some kind of enjoyment in the outdoors as they start to grow up!-LG https://youtu.be/N-XCqDe_uO0

It has been hard on me not to push him because of not being able to hunt when I was a kid and I know how much I missed out on.
