Who has a "whisper quiet" Gamo ?

Anyone have a Gamo? Just how "whisper quiet" are they?

Im covered up with crows in the pecan trees at the house. Too close to neighbors for a 22 or shotgun so I ordered a Crossman Nitro Venom Dusk. It had good reviews and was on sale for under $100 with free shipping.
Dang if that thing has got a report to it almost as much as a 22. I think its louder than the colibri 22's I had been using.

May send it back and get a Gamo if there is that much difference.

Loud with the light pellets. They will go supersonic. Get the heaviest pellet you can find and it is much quieter. I forget the weight but i have some with a bb embedded in the end of the pellet. The thing is a crow is pretty tough for a pellet gun unless your close. And its hard to get close to a crow. I would shoot a couple and hang them up , that will keep them away for awhile.
