It’ll be lunch for the crew. I’ve been so busy the last few months I owe them a few so I’m trying to knock them out while rain has me held up on my dirt work in Fayette

You just never know. I started cooking this morning and what I got wasn’t what I ordered
It was supposed to be rib roast but I got shank roast off a 20yo bull I guess. You never know ordering on line. It had a great flavor just tough as boot leather.
