Supposed to rain just after midnight here in East/Central Alabama but quit about 6:00. Going in the morning.....have had good luck on a morning just after the rain has stopped.

gobbled 5 times on the ground. came in spittin and drummin and strutting to the left, no shot... walks off i give it 10 mins cut real hard and hes drummin again this time following his real lady friend. she clears the gap and i sent the #9 tss 20GA down range

Dont really know what to say. I’m an idiot. Missed one when he got squirrelly at 40 and tried to slip out putting. Should’ve just took the defeat and played later. Now I gotta work extra hard to kill him.

Son missed his 2nd bird in 2 hunts this morning. I have no clue what’s going on, he is usually lights out. I checked the and it definitely isn’t thatt. Guess I’m gonna start shooting.
