Turkey Mount - 03/17/24 01:01 PM
Where is best place for a turkey mount in the southern half of the state? Was going to use Capps - and i may never kill another 1 & 1/2 or greater - but wanted to b ready
Capps does good job but cost $985 - is that the going rate now? If so - i may skip the mount 😀

Not sure how far South you are, but my buddy Ron Vanderpol does excellent work. Wins National competitions frequently. He's in Molino Fl.

Rhett Kelly does good work.
I was in his shop a couple weeks ago. He has some beautiful turkey mounts in there.

Rhett Kelly does good work.
He’s done 3 for me. Excellent. But it will be a long wait time.

David Dyess near Buckatunna does a good job for the price. It is not world class work, but was priced very reasonable for what you get a few years back.

$800-$1000 is the going rate for one. A little more than that for a flying mount.
