*Someone mentioned flashlight, I carry 2 headlamps with 2 spare batteries
*flagging for a blood trail/I also have 150 reflective thumb tacks in my pack.
*On long hunts I pack a space blanket. It's a way to keep warm if stranded, use as a signaling device, or throw meat on if you clean one in the field.
*Not a checklist item I guess but, let someone know where you're hunting in case you have an accident and people need to search for you.

Phone, Range Finder, Thermacell, headnet, bow, cookies, water.
- Bathroom Bottle
- Scent Killer
- Something to record the kill with to watch it again!
Latex gloves - If you kill one that you need to field dress and drag to get it out to a four wheeler. Also, a good compass.
