Several people have been talking about "pass through" shots... Would you prefer the arrow stay in the animal OR have it pass through??

Pass Through. Blood out both sides as oppose to it staying in until the cavity fills up.

Stick in is very hard to track. Not much blood.

You don't even have one. It is plugged up with the arrow.

the arrow staying in aggrevates the deer and makes em run further and faster.

Pass through for reasons listed above, plus I don't like them bulldozin' through the timber with an arra stickin' out. Broken arra here, lost broadhead there, pretty soon yer talkin' bout real $.

I've seen this a few times, matter of fact very recent wink. 1 lung ,high, without a pass through, deer goes a little farther than a normal double lung pass through but that's not the problem. In thick, nasty stuff you better bring your tracking A game. Liver would be about the same results, both lethal shots, with the deer going a little farther than usual but very tough to track. All internal bleeding with very little for the hunter to follow.

I figured everyone would want a pass thru. The only carbon arrow I've ever had break was on a 300 lb hog and it stayed in. The old aluminums used to be throw always for me seemed like with a pass thru they would bend
