Good News!!

11 weeks after shoulder surgery, I pulled my bow back for the first time yesterday. I had no pain or discomfort!!! Seriously thinking about slinging one next week!!

Good for you! Take it easy and do those rehab exercises religiously. Don't ever stop especially the band pulls

That is good news. As already mentioned, ease into it slowly over the next several days. You still know how to shoot, so be satisified with 10 or so shots per day so you don't hurt something before opening day.

Shot 6 times at 30 yards today. All shots in the 4" circle. Shoulder feels awesome!

I think 6 times every day is perfect. That way you don't get tired and pick up any bad habits.
