Dads crossbow bolts question

My dad tore up the fletching on his crossbow bolts shooting at a low quality target. Can crossbow bolts be re-fletched like a standard arrow. Not sure but they have like a 3” or 4” fletching. Thanks for the help

Just be careful not to put much helical on them.
That groove plays hell on the cock feather, and destroys accuracy if its binding.
