sharpening mechanical broadheads

I have one of the hand held knife sharpener you pull down the blade a few times but it won't get them very sharp and only gets a little over half the blade. Looking for another option.

That's a better sharpener than what I have. Guess it was a pretty dumb question. Could have just Googled it.
