Monday January 9th 2017. Kill big daddy about 0800. Watch Alabama win another national championship about 2230. From 2230 till 2400 burn bearings like a starving Ethiopian. Might be a perfect day!

Here in my area it would be Oct 15th. It is incredible how many big bucks I see the first day(s) of bow season, then how it dwindles from there on.

We're usually peaking around Jan 20 here. I've seen good 'uns from around the 12th on though so which individual day would just be a matter of chance.

This isn't narrowed to just one day but my favorite time to hunt is the week between Christmas and New Years.
