Well i changed spots all together. On a hardwood ridge that will be luck if one chooses to walk by me. I feel confident i will see deer outs just a matter of will be walk but me.

Been here since noon. Had a 2.5 year old 7 walk 5 feet from my stand yesterday. Hopefully his grand dad will ease by before dark. I got a video but photobucket won't upload it... Good luck everyone

Heck yea! It's amazing how much bigger they look on video... He's just a little 7 pt so for me that's not a shooter.? I hope one does give you a shot! I just had an encounter with an 1 1 point...55 yards in some thick shucks... I heard a deer blow out in front of me and thought the wind musta swirled n I got busted... Few mins later I see that damn spike lol need his great granddad to step on out

Spikes are the dumbest animals in the woods. We try to shoot good deer but being only bow hunting we usually let a few slide.

Saw 4 at 5:00. Two does in range but looking for the big boy that should be following them although still not full rut in there yet. 3 more days to get it done

Saw 7. Small buck harassing a doe and yearling. Then right at dark for came by but to dark to identify.
