They are blooming and we have 24 degree weather coming Tuesday night

They could get by depending on how long it stays cold and how many are open, I know peach blooms can survive down to 26-27 degrees for awhile before dying not sure about blueberries though. Depending on how many plants you have and how industrious you are you could set out some propane heaters and cut them on when temps start falling below 30

I would think at 22 degrees that would not help but could be wrong..

I only have 11 or 12 blueberry plants, but that's too many to cover or keep heated. I plan to put a big fan on them and keep the air circulating. The big farms around here will bring in helicopters to hover over their fields to keep warm air from the ground circulating to the plants.

It'll either work or it won't.

The air circulating keeps frost from setting on them. Frost will hurt them more than cold.

in Florida they hose down the orange trees and encapsulate the with ice to protect them when they get an unexpected freeze
