What's everybody's choice for favorite rabbit gun?

I've always been a fan of hearing them beagles get after it. I'm mainly a duck hunter but there's something special about hearing a good race in the morning after a ole rabbit. So what's everyone's favorite gun to grab when they headed to the thickets? Mine is a Belgium Light 20. It seems to always be the one I grab for rabbits

And old beat up Rem. 870.

Remington Sportsman 48 16g. Was my fathers gun and it just feels good to carry it. Killed many a rabbit, duck, quail, dove, squirrel thru the years.

When running beagles my go to gun was a 410 Stoger SXS with 24" barrels shooting 3" #6 shot.

I carry a 20 guage Franchi al48 alot I also carry a youth model 870 20 guage

Baikel SxS 12 guage with 20 inch barrels

Franchi got a IC and 870 shooting a skeet choke

Rem 1187 12ga when I'm by myself or rem870 20ga with other folks around

i had one and like a fool I sold it with my 28 1100.

I am not a seasoned rabbit hunter, but I watched an older gentleman this weekend tote a single shot. I asked how many rabbits that gun had killed. He said if he had notched it for every rabbit he would have whittled the stock off by now.

I personally need more than one shot and carried a 20ga A-5.

Single shot 20. I used a 20 auto when I was younger but have been carrying single shot for the last 15 years.

I'm a real 16 ga. fan, especially the older models, for the wiley rabbit, I go to my Wards Western Field model 30 pump humpback takedown, or my L.C. Smith 20ga. s/s with 3" Shells.

12 Gauge single shot with high brass 7 1/2's. Kill more rabbits and shoot less shells than with an automatic.
