We have a pile of animals on our place between deer and hogs. My question is which grass grows back the quickest after being nipped off??

Okay. All conditions being equal, what grass would you say has the best grow back potential? To give you an idea of soil type, We are located in the Myrtlewood River flat.

Cereal rye is one of the best all around cereal grains in terms of growth.

Wheat also does really well. We had that horrible freeze last year and a week later my wheat plot was green again.
