Looking for a club for a family six or better - 02/06/14 09:08 PM

Looking for a club family friendly. In the extended season and close to the black belt.

How many memberships for that size family (I am ASSUMING all 6 hunt) are you prepared to buy?

If you were hunting in MY club you'd have to buy at LEAST 3 for that many hunters.

Family Friendly and TROPHY MANAGEMENT are almost impossible to put together. Trophy management requires limiting pressure and harvest

If he's talking about six points or better thats not trophy hunting in my book either.

Spread is the best (antler) indicator of trophy if we're talking about people who can't age bucks on the hoof (neck to shoulder transition and sagging belly/back).

Where did he say anything about wanting it to be a trophy club?

I agree with MTeague. If y'all don't have a 6 point or better club for the guy to join you need to hush.

Wel obviously my reading comprehension skills (or my MEMORY) are faulty here BUT......

I'm pretty sure the ORIGINAL ad read "looking for a TROPHY club for family of six". If I'm wrong, well that sort of thing is a habit for me. My apologies
