Tuscaloosa Lease - Looking for 2-3 Members

Looking for 2-3 members for our Tuscaloosa County hunting club. It is a little over 800 acre in Coker, AL. Currently have 4 member but needing to get to 7. Dues will be $1600 for deer and turkey season hunting rights. We strive to only harvest bucks, 3yrs old plus, no limits on does. No utilizes on site. No swamp on this property. Some rolling hills and creeks but I would define anything as swamp.

Currently only 5 deer hunting members and 1 turkey only on 880arces with 9 green fields.
