We are a deer hunting club and do not turkey hunt. We have 2,600 acres connected. Plenty of creeks throughout the whole property. Oaks along the creeks. There Is plenty of turkeys. We have 6 plots we didn’t plant this year that you could plant Chufa etc 1/8 – 1/4 acre ish each. 24 deer plots planted. Camp house for eating/hanging out oven, grill, bathroom etc.

We will be cleaning up 2/25 and 2/26 depending on weather. If you would like to see the property.

Where is the property and how much? Two total members for the 2600 acres correct?

Location says Awin. Interested in the cost and might as well make that public to save yourself some time.

I don’t want to post the man’s price, but it’s a very fair dollar/acre price.
