Missouri Deer Hunting Lease on Iowa Border - 12/23/16 12:20 AM
Rare opportunity to lease my 400 acres in Missouri, yet benefit from the Iowa deer herd to the North. Secluded and vast farm with 50% CRP and Timber with the balance in crop ground. Ideal for a small group of up to 4 hunters. Standing crops and food plots are allowed. Email your full name and contact info to mike@whitetailprofessionals.com or text 319-214-333seven if interested. Serious hunters only please as this is not an inexpensive lease. The goal is to build the property up for whomever leases it long term. I'm new here so if this post is not allowed, please delete. Would really like to find good hunters that would be a good fit for my farm.

From the looks his website, it's likely a couple of younger guys that go and lease ground from locals for $X per acre and then jack the price to make some profit by subleasing the ground out to hunters.
It's fairly common in the Midwest.

I have zero problem with that as long as everybody is on the up and up. Honesty is always best.

I agree. I make part of my livleyhood selling hunting trips, outfitting and guiding. I have problem at all with it. I've done it myself.
That being said, be honest and the price should be the same across the board.
