402 acres in Benevola. Less than 30 minutes from Tuscaloosa. Hunting club that hunted it for years left me hanging with no payment this year. Need to lease quickly. Contact me for map and more information.

Based on your post and others, it sounds like you need to look elsewhere. If he were in a bind, he'd be checking back pretty regularly.

there is a reason that a 5$ an acre lease in that part of the state is too good to be true...... Because It appears it is too good to be true fellas.

Me and a friend of mine were looking at this exact amount of property in benavola back in the spring. When we went to look at it we checked it out and the guy told us that the family that owns the property would still have hunting right. It was also 2 separate lots of land so I'm pretty sure this is it. Some Cajuns have supposedly least it the last few years.

I think it will be a pretty good spot. It is 2 parcels and it's tough to get around on but I just wanted a small spot for the family to use.
