The easiest way to describe it is this. If you look on a map, as the crow flies it’s about 2 Miles south of Grist State Park. No it has no utilities, no improvements. It is very secluded and isolated. The deeded easement is a mile long through 3 landowners. Hence the reason the hunting is so good. There is a parking area that is used off of 22 where you can load/unload atv/tractors/etc and ride in. I always just drive my truck in. All the adjoining landowners are top shelf great folks. They have only taken 6pt or better outside the ears for over 25 years. This is a special place. I have taken some nice animals off this place. If you want to hunt and see deer. This is for you. If you want to hunt for an hour then go back, to the camp and get in a camper, watch football, drink beer and grill out, this is not your place.
Marketing this all wrong. It is the perfect spot for both types of hunters.
This is for you. If you want to hunt for an hour then go back, to the camp and get in a camper, watch football, drink beer and grill out, this is very convenient to camp grist. So you can park your camper there and chill by the lake after your one hour hunt.
