Peep sight and picatinny rail combo for ruger 10/22

This is a really neat set-up for a 10-22. It allows the rear peep sight to be back on the receiver creating a longer sight radius. You can also mount a scope with the quick detach rings I have listed and use scope or irons within seconds. I would like 25$ local pick up or 30$ shipped.
