Out in it this morning. Hard getting up after 12sm bedtime because of the game. Sitting in hardwoods. Hope to get one today..last day of vacation for a while.

Just had a 115-120" 8 come trotting in to a bleat followed by some grunts. Gave him a pass at 15yds. Kinda kicking myself now

43 degrees with patchy fog. Overlooking food plot. Beautiful day.

Sitting in a food plot on some planted pines and a powerline here in walker county

Back on the toilet dropping oboma off at the pool getting ready to hit it.

Worked off shift at 0630 and made it in the stand by 715 in the bottom. I plan to sit until lunch today hoping to catch one chasing.

Very active morning so far. Kind of surprised

Just had a doe come thru the plot ...she ate for about 30 minutes and eased back out

Just had 3 does come by in the thick stuff no buck behind them. I wish the wind would settle down.

You leave your climber on the tree in Bankhead? You're brave. I've left a camera for a few days but I was concerned it wouldn't be there when I went to get it.

I'm in a small clearing that we didn't plant this year. Still a lot of sign in the area and first time anyone has been in here this season.

In the oaks of Marengo county trying to find one of these bucks making all these scrapes around me. I'm in some big oaks with a creek running through and a 1 year old clear cut to the right.

I'm sweating & swatting wasps in the shooting house this evening with this lovely 65 degree winter temp.
