I hate a slick old oak tree, my top slipped yesterday on a water oak and I was sitting on my ankles for a second

Seen two bucks, one small six point and a monster. I could not get a shot on him. Seem to be cruising in Tuscaloosa county.

Nothing from the woods of Pickens co this morning so far. I got pictures of a nice buck around noon every day tho!

I saw one chasing a doe down the side of the road this morning at lock 15, Tuscaloosa.

Shot a doe at 815 cleaned her and barely got to work on time

There was a good one running does in the pasture on Smokey rd. in Alabaster this morning. I pulled off and watched him with binoculars. I could see antlers with my naked eye at about 4 or 500 yards, and when I put the binos on him, I was saying boom, boom, boom.

Bout to head to Choccoloc.

Just got to a big food plot my cousins wife killed a nice one out of last weekend. Rut should be on here in Bibb County. Trying to kill a buck at my farm for the first time in over 5 years.

Just got settled in on a planted gas well road. Trying to get my son his first. Of course we jumped some on the walk in. Maybe they are moving. Just had two turkeys cross in front of us

First time in this spot lots of rubs and scrapes

I'm hunting in the hardwoods again...I'm trying to catch up with a buck that I've had 2 encounters with this year. Hopefully, he'll move a little bit earlier than normal today and I can put him on the ground!

Saw 1 spike at 840, in a big oak now close to bedding area with fingers crossed!

On the edge of some big pines and a beaver pond. Got pictures of some at 430 the other day. Hoping one does it again!

Sitting in a 3 year old cutover this afternoon, maybe the one I have pictures of will step out!

My afternoon plans got cancelled at 6:30 this morning. My three year old crawled up in the bed with me and puked everywhere!! He's good now, so we'll see what tomorrow brings!!

I got skunked this afternoon...my Dad saw 5 deer on a greenfield - does, fawns, and one spike

0 for me sitting in some select cut hardoods.
My son, Seth, saw 7 does/fawns and a cowhorn spike in a foodplot.
My Uncle sat in a foodplot/clearcut and saw 4 hogs.

Been kinda slow.....

My daughter and I saw 32 this pm. She shot a big doe at 4 so we headed back home early to fry up a mess a crappie!
