So is still ok to use a drone to recover deer or are they outlawing their use?? See new rule 2a under prohibited methods of hunting…….

Maybe……I don’t know…. I do know folks are rapidly getting them in their hands now.

I wouldn’t think “recovery” would not be considered hunting. IMO when you fired the weapon and wounded the animal, the hunt is over and now is a recovery.

Had a drone flying over my elderly folks pool pissing them off. I followed it up the street to a Mexican kid flying it. Told him to cut it out and he laughed I said how you gonna laugh with that drone sticking out of your ass. He quit laughing.

That's a pretty slick idea

Well, to find one dead or recover would be one thing but what if you find one that needs a second shot to be dispatched. I don’t think that you could proceed with anything in that manner and be legal.

Can't afford one anyway, so it doesn't matter

Flying any drone over or within rifle range of another hunter in the field is harassing that hunter IMO.

I have nothing against drones but I still think a couple good dogs that will bay and have alot of experience is a better and way cheaper option.

I have always wanted to fly a drone over some new hunting spots looking for possible areas to setup a stand.
